Where can I find my driver at the airport?
Your driver will be waiting for you in the arrivals hall with a name sign. If you cannot find your driver, please contact us directly by phone!
My destination is not in the booking system?
For destinations not included in our booking system, please send us an inquiry.
What happens if my flight is delayed?
We track every flight where our guests are on board and always know when they will arrive. Should there be any delays, we will be waiting for you in the arrivals hall as soon as you land.
How is payment made?
You don’t need to worry about payment. You can pay your chauffeur for the transfer either in cash or with a major credit card, or you can pay online.
Will I be driven directly to my accommodation?
Your chauffeur will take you directly to the address you provided when booking. If the address has changed, please inform us of the new address by email.
Are there other passengers in the same car as me?
No! First Class Taxi offers exclusively private transfers. Your privacy is important to us.
Are there any hidden additional costs?
No! Our guests only pay for what they have booked. You are not responsible for flight delays or longer waiting times at baggage claim!
Can I book last minute?
Yes! We will do our best to organize a vehicle to take you to your destination.
